Due to procedures between the parties involved in the change to the specifications of the Johkasou Operator license, it is taking longer than usual to issue the license to those who have applied for the license (new, reissued, or rewritten) after May 2024.

For those whose license applications are accepted by the first week of June, we plan to send out licenses in early August.
