Tokushima Prefecture has signed an agreement regarding JOHKASOU's emergency and recovery support activities in the event of a large-scale disaster with the Tokushima Prefectural Environmental Technology Center (a public interest incorporated association), JOHKASOU-related organizations, cities, town and village associations, and others.
