　A course on the knowledge and skills necessary for the construction of johkasou stipulated in Article 42, Paragraph １, Item ２ of the Johkasou Act, based on Article 14 of the ministerial ordinance on training, etc. for Johkasou Installation Workers, designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Minister of the Environment It is designated as a training institution (Heisei 23/３) and implemented. 

　Based on Article 10, Paragraph ２ of the Johkasou Act, this is a workshop to train technical managers who are to be placed in a johkasou with a capacity of 501 or more people to be processed.

　This is a seminar that contributes to the specialized knowledge and skills related to the johkasou inspection specified in Article 55, Paragraph １, Item ５ of the Enforcement Regulations of the Johkasou Act, which is related to the Ministry of the Environment.

　The purpose of this training is for those who actually work on the vacuum truck and engage in johkasou's desludging work to acquire the basic knowledge and skills of proper desludging work.

　This training is aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of johkasou regarding the desludging practices of compact type johkasou.

　A new system that incorporates the method of using the desludging record sheet (contents of the previously held "small-sized merger processing johkasou operation and maintenance/dsludging record sheet seminar") into the existing "compact johkasou desludging practice seminar". This education center implements it as a course of the curriculum.

　This training center aims to disseminate appropriate maintenance and management techniques for more compact type johkasou, and to improve the skills of johkasou-related engineers and social reliability.
