Documents required for online application

・Please prepare a photo taken within 6 months before application, with no hat, front view, upper body, and no background.
・If you upload a photo (JPEG) at the time of application, you can adjust the size.
- Wearing sunglasses, a mask, covering your eyes, etc., or snaps or things that make it difficult to see your face
Photos are not allowed.
・When applying online with a smartphone, it is possible to take a photo at the time of application.
Transfer payment acceptance certificate
・Please pay the tuition fee at a post office, bank, bank ATM, or internet banking.
(The transfer fee will be borne by the transferor.)

⇒ After payment, please attach a "Transfer Receipt" at the time of application.
３.When using a bank ATM or Internet banking
⇒ After payment, please attach a "payment slip" etc. at the time of application.
Administrator license (only for those who wish to be exempted)
・Persons who have the Johkasou Operator qualification can be exempted from part of the course.
・If you wish to be exempted, please bring your "Johkasou Operator License" or a copy of it.
*You can take the Johkasou Installation Worker course even if you do not have a management qualification.
Certificate of passing the 1st or 2nd class technical examination related to pipe work construction management or a copy thereof
・This is a required requirement for the equipment engineer training course.
・Certifies that the applicant has passed the skill test related to pipe work construction management based on Article 27 of the Construction Business Act.
"1st class or 2nd class technical certification for pipe work construction management issued by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism or the Minister of Construction"
Please bring your certificate of passing the examination or a copy of it.
