Documents required when applying for the Johkasou Operator course

Please see below for the documents required to apply for the Johkasou Operator course.

Documents required for online course application

ID photo image
 ・Please prepare a photograph taken within six months prior to application that shows you without a hat, is taken from the front, is taken from the upper body, and has no background.
 ・If you upload a photo (JPEG) at the time of application, you can adjust the size.
 - Wearing sunglasses, a mask, covering your eyes, etc., or snaps or things that make it difficult to see your face
  Photos are not allowed.
 ・When applying online with a smartphone, it is possible to take a photo at the time of application.

Transfer payment acceptance certificate
 ・Please pay the tuition fee at a post office, bank, bank ATM, or internet banking.
  (The transfer fee will be borne by the transferor.)
 ・Payment method for online application  here. 
  1.A sample payment form from the post office is  here.  
    ⇒After payment, please attach the "transfer payment invoice and receipt" when applying.
  2.Download bank transfer form  here. 
    ⇒ After payment, please attach a "Transfer Receipt" at the time of application.
  3.When using a bank ATM or Internet banking
    ⇒After payment, please attach the "transfer receipt" etc. when applying.
   (Document showing transfer date, transfer amount, transfer origination account, transfer destination account, and requester's name)

Engineering license (only for those who wish to be exempted)
 ・Those who are qualified as Johkasou Installation Worker can be exempted from part of the course.
 ・If you wish to be exempted, please prepare a "Johkasou Installation Worker Certificate" or a copy of it.
  *You can take the Johkasou Operator course even if you do not have the qualification of an engineer.
