In September 2015, the United Nations' SDGs for sustainable development goals was adopted. In the sanitation field, target 6.3 "Halving the ratio of untreated wastewater by 2030" was set up. further enhanced in the future.
This workshop encouraged the networking of stakeholders and the understanding of the legal framework and operation and maintenance (O&M) system within the main Asian countries through sharing the good practice and experience on the decentralized domestic wastewater treatment system. achieve the SDG 6.3 in each country.
