the purpose

In recent years, with the economic development of Asian countries, the construction of sewerage facilities in urban areas and decentralized wastewater treatment facilities in suburban and rural areas has progressed rapidly, and the need for high-performance decentralized wastewater treatment facilities is increasing. In some countries, research and development of decentralized wastewater treatment and production of factory production plants are progressing, and product standards and performance evaluation test methods are being formulated, and product certification systems are being considered and implemented.
The objectives of this workshop are to share knowledge of systems and testing methods for performance evaluation testing of decentralized wastewater treatment plants in Asia, to identify common and specific issues in each country, and to discuss ways to resolve them, thereby promoting the strong and healthy dissemination of high-performance decentralized wastewater treatment plants in Asia in the future.
