How to take the Johkasou Operator Training course
How to apply for Johkasou Operator training
Applications for the Johkasou Operator course must be made online. Please apply during the online application acceptance period.
Online application allows applicants to apply regardless of time or place, and eliminates the need for traditional paper application requests or mailing by registered mail, improving convenience and reducing burden for applicants.

Subject matter
Based on Article 45, Paragraph １, item ２ of the Enforcement Regulations of the Johkasou Act related to the Ministry of the Environment, this educational center is designated by the Minister of the Environment as a course on the knowledge and skills necessary for the operation and maintenance of johkasou stipulated in Article 52 of the Johkasou Act. It is designated and implemented as a training institution.
Course content
１. Class Time
80 hours of lecture videos are available for on-demand viewing during the course period (Short-term: ３ weeks, ２ weeks (14 days) for viewing materials, Medium-term: ２ months, ７ weeks (49 days) for viewing materials, Long-term: ３ months, 11 weeks (77 days) for viewing materials)
In addition, those who have obtained the Johkasou Installation Worker qualification and choose the partial exemption from taking the courses will be exempt from the following subjects (1) and (4).

Examination
On the exam day, the exam will cover all subjects listed above (１) to (７). The exam will take place over two hours, from 13:00 PM (start) to 15:00 PM (end). (The exam time will be indicated on the admission ticket that will be sent to you.)
Even if you choose to be exempted from taking part of the course, you will not be exempted from taking the examination.
Result announcement
The results of the examination will be announced approximately two weeks after the examination date.
Qualification
There are no qualification requirements such as educational background or work experience.
Tuition fee
153,400 yen (*142,100 yen for those who have acquired the Johkasou Installation Worker qualification and choose to be exempted from the course)

Important points to note when applying
1. In principle, the location of the training course you applied for cannot be changed after your application has been accepted.
2. As a general rule, tuition fees cannot be refunded once your application has been accepted.
3. If a course is cancelled or an answer sheet is not accepted due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable accident,
