Concept

From the Perspective of Japan's Experience in Decentralized Wastewater Management: Water-borne Diseases and Disasters (heavy rain and earthquake)

Participants were expected to understand the risk of water-borne diseases derived from decentralized wastewater treatment and to discuss the countermeasures. In addition, we shared the knowledge and case study based on Japan's experience in human waste and wastewater management under disasters such as floods and earthquakes.
